What it taxes

A bond not exceeding $30M, repaid by a debt-service property tax over about 30 years.

What it funds

Street improvements plus green infrastructure — rain gardens, bioswales, permeable paving — to reduce flooding and protect Bay and creek water quality.

Not to be confused with the 2022 Measure M (the vacancy tax).
